Role Purpose:

To support sales activities across Retail & Distributor Channels by managing sales coordination, distributor servicing, product communication, MIS reporting, and operational execution for Mutual Fund products. The role ensures smooth functioning between sales teams, distributors, and internal departments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end sales support for MFDs, NDs, Banks, RMs, and retail clients.
  • Assist sales teams in driving AUM growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Coordinate for VC’s and product pitches with distributors, follow-ups, documentation, and service support.
  • Share Factsheets, Newsletters, Budget Notes, Commission structures, NFO data, and updates with distributors.
  • Assist with fund comparison, product benchmarking, and preparation of presentations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales servicing of distributors and clients.
  • Ensuring due diligence formalities of empaneled distributors
  • Update Mutual Fund MIS, Finance Dashboard, and sales pipeline reports.
  • Maintain distributor records, business tracking, and monthly dashboards.
  • Update and handling of organization’s social media handles.
  • Preparing regulatory reports and AMFI submissions
  • Monthly Factsheet and presentation updates
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Product, Marketing, Compliance & Fund Management teams
  • Coordination and handling of IAP programs for the AMC.
  • Vendor management and coordinating with marketing agencies for designing product creatives, brochures, etc.
  • Support NFO activities, campaign execution, and operational requirements

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Good understanding of Mutual Fund and Investment products.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (MFDs, NDs, Banks, internal teams)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Proficient in Excel working, Presentation updates, MIS, and distributor ecosystems

Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in Mutual Funds, Asset Management, or Broking
  • Experience in sales support, distributor servicing, retail MF sales coordination
  • Exposure to MFDs, National Distributors, Banks, and retail investors
  • Should have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Pleasing and positive attitude
  • Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented

Designation: Virtual RM – Sales – MFD Retail Channel

Experience

Having 1 to 2 years’ experience with an Asset Management Company (AMC) / Wealth Outlet / Bank



Roles and responsibilities
  • Has a good understanding of mutual funds and financial markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors. Candidates having a background as a Virtual RM would have an added advantage over other candidates.
  • To ensure regular contact with all the mapped clients through regular calls and VC’s.
  • To be a single point of contact for the assigned set of clients and ensure highest standard of service delivery.
  • Enhance activation of Inactive distributors.
  • Execute sales plans and increase wallet share from distributors.
  • Provide distributor feedback and competitive feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications required:

Academic qualifications: MBA / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing

Skills:
  • Should have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • NISM V – A certified
  • A high level of enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach
  • Should be a self starter, proactive & a positive attitude

Designation: EQUITY RESEARCH ANALYST


About the role:

The primary responsibility of the Analyst is to generate high conviction, investment recommendations based on differentiated, in-depth analysis of industry and company fundamentals. Idea is to do it through first-hand due diligence and insight, rather than over-reliance on bought-in research. Depending on the Analyst’s interest and performance over time, the role can involve conducting research on more than one sectors.


Ideal candidate:
  • Work experience: 3-7 years of experience either in investments roles / equity brokerage firms / IB / Private Equity / Consulting
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Affinity for research
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills - adept at structured communication and building presentations
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg / Ace-Equity and such other databases will be an added advantage

Academic qualifications:
  • CFA / CA / MBA / Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science
